Hey! I'm Tao Liu, a Chinese American designer and artist based in Brooklyn. For the past four years I've been designing visual systems for books, events, and organizations.

I’m co-diredtor of //PIXELMOUTH, an artist collective curating exhibitions and performance art about our relationship with the digital world. As the design lead, I built our identity, keep it running, and have made the visuals for nine shows.

I'm drawn to imagery that can hold an entire concept in a single mark. Nature's emergent patterns fascinate me, and I keep finding ways to bring them into digital form through vector drawing.
